1. Ohio State Buckeyes (8-0)

The Buckeyes hung 38 on the #1 statistical defense in the country, enough for me to bump them above LSU to the #1 spot.

LSU is the fastest team in history to reach three AP top ten wins, but they get passed by Ohio State again.
